I have a CDM (Chronic Disease Management) Plan from the GP, can I use this at Ascend Osteopathy x Performance?Absolutely! Please present your care plan to your practitioner on arrival. Unfortunately, we cannot bulk bill for osteopathy, under a Care Plan you are eligable for a $56 Medicare rebate so please be aware that there will be a small gap fee. We ask that you pay your account with us at the time of consultation. We can process your Medicare rebate on the same day via our HICAPs machine if you have an EFTPOS card attached to a savings or cheque account (not credit card account). If you do not have a savings or cheque account with you, we can issue a receipt which you can use to claim directly from Medicare.
